Production Workshop
According to the performance of the raw material, the clay need to be crushed
carefully by Roller Crusher,(terra brick and tiles particle below 3 mm, high hole bricks below 2mm),and then it will be make a proportion with coal powder and water by box feeder based on the standard of calorific power automatically, then stirred evenly by adding water through the double shaft mixer for reserve.
1. Molding
Raw material will be much more good performance after 72 hours aging. because the moisture and the element of the material can mixer well. so that the material can have high plasticity and is suitable for the vacuum extruder.
We can produce different kind of brick by changing the mold of the extruder. and also using different size of cutting machine. some of machine we can produce double strip at same time based on customer need.
2. Drying
The wet brick will be stacked on the kiln car by stacking machine, then ferried into the drying line to be pre-drying. The heat wind come from the sintering line. Every 45 minutes, one car come in and one car come out, it is a returning. The heat wind will be blew on every brick uniformly, so that the brick cannot crack.
The heat wind in the sintering kiln controlled by the valve, and the speed controlled by the frequency changer. Regarding of the pollution problem. we can recommend the desulfurization equipment to remove the SiO2.
3.Sintering
The kiln include the fog remove system, waste heat cycle system, and kiln pressure balance system, exit system, preheating system, baking system. temperature control system to guarantee the kiln preheating zone, Baking zone, heat preservation zone, and cooling zone work perfectly and make the temperature difference ,and sufficient burning, so that can make sure the good quality of finished bricks.
