Product Description
1. The vacuum extruder is made of high chromium casting. After quenching treatment, the service life reaches 800-1000 bricks. Other factories use the ordinary spraying process (using 10-15 million signs bricks).
2. The vacuum extruder, vacuum chamber unit casting, whole processing, quenching process, increase its toughness, not easy to deform, prolong the life of the whole machine.
3. The vacuum extruder, the entire welding of the frame, the whole plane processing, makes the product's concentration better.
4. The main shaft of the vacuum brick extruder, quenching and tempering, restraining test, strengthening the steel and toughness of the spindle.
