Details:

For column is square steel structure.The crossbeanm sits at the middle of support beam to increase the machines'span lenght. The complete frame will be more stable and the load ability is stronger.
Horizontal transmission is driven by frequency conversion control. Synchronous belt drive,matching with the linear guide to make sure the accuracy of standard action is steady and the brick height can be set anytime: Turnover mechanism is driven by actuating motor,the robot is rotating more steady ,the accuracy of 90 degree rotation is high, no wobble.
The gripper of setting machine use linear guide ,matching preferential cylinder,grabbing quickly and strongly.
The whole machine is equipped with a totally enclosed security maintence platform and matching with a standby lock. The repair and maintenance of equipment is safe, fast and no-blind zone.
The waste treatment system is convenient.There is a turnover mechanism on the belt. The whole process is combing with the cutting lenght required from customer. The scrap is dumping to the recycling system through the turnover mechanism to save labor cost.
