Product Description
All-steel welded structure, floating spindle, wear-resistant high-chromium alloy hub. The personalized reamer which is newly designed according to the nature of the raw materials makes this type of machine owns the feathers of high extrusion pressure and high vacuum degree.
The main frame are welded by high quality stee and have the features of low cost, reliable performance,rational structue, solid and durable properties, strong adaptability, easy to operate, low energy consumption,high efficiency,long service lift and easy to maintain etc.
The performance and features of automatic brick machine:
1. Low noise when the machine working, low power consumption.
2. Automatic machine. After setting the size and strength of bricks, if the outlet bricks can’t reach the setted requirement, the unqualified bricks will return to the stock bin, after mixed, they will be pressed to the good bricks.
3. The machine adopts wear-resisting metal powder spray technology: the stirring shaft, twisted axis and body are processed by long time quenching.
4. The gear reducer is hard tooth face, and the clutch uses screw pressing patented technology, which improve the lifetime of our machine.
5. Reasonable design, compact structure, it can stable running without installing foundation bolts.
6. This machine can make solid bricks, big hole and large section of hollow bricks.
