Machine Technology

1. auto oil lubricating system can save labors and it's easy to lubricate extruder's gears and bearings automatically. On the other hand, the lubricating oil can be recycled and to use again, so it can save oils too.

4. Steel.axles, gear and other important spare parts which are made by carbon steel and alloy steel through modulation or quench’s heat treatment procession so as to extend the service life.
5. For hollow brick mould, we use wear resistance ceramic material as core to ensure longer mould service life.

Packaging & Shipping
Clay brick machine delivery for our clients :
1. Each small part of machine would be packed well, also we would arrange engineer to check each machine parts before delivery, so we can ensure buyer can get complete clay brick machine parts.
2. Some parts will be given soft protection before feeding in the container to make sure all the machine will be new when arriving at customer hand.
3. Inside the container, we will fix the machine with steel wire,to make sure all the machine will be fixed safety.
Production Flow of Sintered Mud Bricks:
1. Coarse crushing: use 400×600 jaw crusher and 800×1,000 hammer crusher for shale/coal gangue crushing;
2. Screening: screen the crushed material with 2m×4m roller screen;
3. Put the screened material in the aging silo for storage and aging;
4. Matching the materials in the 4m feeder;
5. Fine crushing: use roller crusher for further grinding;
6. Material mixing in the 4m mixer;
7. Brick making: use brick machine JZK60/60-4.0 for brick extruding;
8. Brick slitting/cutting
9. Brick setting by the brick setting machine;
10. Sintering in the brick tunnel kiln;
11. Finished sintered bricks.
This production line is standard for Sintered bricks making; some machines will be added or deleted according to your budget and soil condition.
