The automatic stacking machine comprises a parallel crossbeam installed on a rack, a guide rail arranged above the two parallel crossbeams, a walking trolley which can move transversely along the guide rail, a traveling motor reducer and a winding up motor are mounted on the walking trolley.
Reducer, walking motor reducer output shaft is provided with a walking encoder, winding motor reducer output shaft is provided with a lifting encoder, the trolley is mounted by a winding motor reducer-driven winding wheel, winding up.
The wheel is hung with a clamp bracket by a winding up chain, a rotatable collet is installed below the bracket support through a rotor device, the rotor device is driven by a rotating motor reducer, a torque limiter is arranged on a rotating motor reducer output shaft.
Encoder, lift encoder and torque limiter signal line and control center signal connection New automatic code blanking machine equipment running smoothly, accurate positioning, high production efficiency.
