Brick making machine, column segment cutter is used for cutting the adobe strip from extruder according to the length requirement of adobe piece cutting machine to adobe section, and feed them into piece cutting machine.
This machine is used for cutting brick strips into brick billets by steel wires, usually it works together with auto brick stacking machin. It is made of rollers, dam-board, push plate and steel wires frame etc, suitable for the product line of hard plasticity and semi hard plasticity, in order to realize automatic and semi-automatic operation of starndard brick, hollow brick and perforated brick which use shale, coal gangue, coal ash, clay and mud as raw materials

This line including two process. First is the raw material preparing. Put the clay into the feed bin. Then according the first conveyor, conveying the clay into the crusher, after crushing the clay, then get into the mixer, after mixing well. According the second conveyor, get into the brick machine.
According the conveyor, the clay get into the extruder, then brick stripper, then strip into the cutter. Cut the strip into separate bricks. The using the method we provide, dry and fire. Then , the process is done. Easy and cost saving!
