Structure and Working Principle
The ordinary cutting system is mainly consisting of pneumatic column cutter and light brick cutter.
The pneumatic column cutter is mainly consist if base frame assembly, motor assembly, arm assembly, cylinder assembly, portal frame assembly, guide-bar assembly and buffer.
The machine is used for cutting the mud columns and delivering the brick columns to the brick cutter quickly.
The light brick cutter is mainly consist of base frame welding assembly, driving roller parts (electric motor, reducer, slide roller and etc.), shredding parts(inner/outer), power unit(electric motor, reducer, mantis arms, connecting rod, guide-bar, pushing head and etc.) , braking parts, guardrail welding and etc.
