The main structure of small electric dumper truck
1) Battery
With a total of 6 of 72v battery as power source, it is configured high-performance traction battery, an electric charge and can achieve continuous discharging 10-12 hours, the amount of content can not be diminished with normal use of battery (which can be unloaded charge) for two years. it can charge 12 hours for the first time, after which each charging time is 8 hours .The operating costs is 1 / 4-1 / 5 of Vapor transport vehicle.
2) Motor
With lift motor power is 1000w, our factory uses standard configuration high quality DC motor. with good speed control performance, under heavy load conditions, it can realize uniform, smooth invincible speed control and has wide speed range.
Power walking motor is 2000w,walking motor is connected to the gearbox, drives transmission, achieves control of speed and avoids being burned while protecting the motor.
